With more people searching for properties online, before they even call into an Estate Agents office, many buyers or renters firstly research online then contact the selling agents. Professional photographs are increasingly becoming vital when marketing a property.
Quality photographs will catch the eye of potential buyers instantly, whereas poorly lit, low quality pictures are off-putting to potential buyers and may dissuade them from viewing your property.

To complete your photoshoot we also offer a full floorplan service where we digitally measure each room and build a plan of all floors of your property. All dimensions are noted on the layout and plans are provided for you to download.
We always advise ensuring you allow sufficient time for the shoot. For a small to medium sized property we would typically expect this to take one to two hours, depending on the size and any bespoke features of the property. People are sometimes surprised by this, however taking time to do things properly always yields the best results!
For estate agent photography we shoot a range of images which are presented in a secure online gallery after the shoot. From this gallery you can select and download the images you want to use. We offer a range of package sizes however we recommend that 15 to 20 images are suitable for most small and medium sized properties, dependant on their additional features.

360 Degree Virtual Tours
Reflective Photography also offers a full 360 Virtual Tour service. This is done from outside the front door right through the property to the garden, this gives the viewer the opportunity to see the property virtually which then helps provide you with viewings from serious potential buyers saving you time and money.
